Maria D. Garcia has been an employee of CPS Energy since September 1999. Maria was named Vice President of Community Engagement on February 1, 2014. She is currently responsible for the newly developed Community Engagement area which will be highly visible and mobile within the community. This team will focus on increasing our customer care and public safety education to our customers in the CPS Energy service territory.
Maria currently serves on a number of community boards. Previously, she served in various positions for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Air Force. Maria earned a master of business administration degree from the University of the Incarnate Word.
